Charles City Public Library card is now giving its members the chance to access free music downloads. The members after downloading free music can burn them to CD or sync them in their MP3 players. The Library starting providing this music download service from 12th April. The music downloads are never to be returned to the Library.
All the library members need to have a password to log in to the Freegal website to search for music downloads. The database is widened by adding new songs every day.
The database includes popular labels like Columbia and RCA. It includes a wide range of songs : jazz, rock, R&B, hip-hop, rap, etc.
Freegal, a brand new website provides absolutely free music downloads to the library.
